All of our "Too Cute Baby Bloomers" are double seat panties made with a soft elastic waist and have a bias cut seat. They are made of 65% polyester & 35% cotton and are machine washable. Each pair is trimmed around the leg with white eyelet lace and are accented with coordinating bows and thread colors.
